What if the sample looks different from the final rug?
Approved samples are our production reference. Quality control ensures the full rug matches the sample colour, material, and craftsmanship. If there’s any significant deviation, we remedy it. This is rare but possible due to material batches or dye variations—we’re transparent about this.
How do I communicate feedback on samples?
Photos and written notes help us understand your preferences precisely. Vague feedback (“It’s not quite right”) requires clarification calls. Specific feedback (“The blue should be cooler, similar to the original reference”) allows us to adjust quickly. We also offer sample revision calls to discuss in real-time.
Can I request a revised sample?
One revision per sample is often included; additional revisions are charged. However, if a revision is due to our misunderstanding or error, we absorb the cost. Provide specific feedback to ensure we address your concerns accurately. Revision timelines are 2–3 weeks typically.
How long does sampling take?
Samples are made to order, so there’s a 1–2 week lead time for dye preparation and production, plus 1 week for shipping. Rush sampling is available (1–2 week timeline) at an additional cost. International shipping may add a few days. We provide exact timelines once you approve designs.
Do you provide physical samples?
Sampling is essential. Physical samples let you feel the material, see colour accuracy, and confirm design direction in person (or via high-quality photos). Samples are typically small (12×12 inches) but are representative of the full rug. Sampling costs are quoted separately and credited toward production.
