How do I communicate feedback on samples?
Photos and written notes help us understand your preferences precisely. Vague feedback (“It’s not quite right”) requires clarification calls. Specific feedback (“The blue should be cooler, similar to the original reference”) allows us to adjust quickly. We also offer sample revision calls to discuss in real-time.
How does the design development process work?
Design development typically involves 2–3 rounds of concepts. You provide feedback on pattern, colour, scale, and overall direction. We iterate until the design resonates with your vision. Once approved, we move to material and colour sampling.
