Production is hands-on throughout. Raw materials are prepared, looms are warped with your specifications, artisans execute the construction, and finishers perfect edges and details. Quality checks occur at multiple stages. You receive production updates and photos at key milestones.

Production transparency builds confidence. We photograph your rug at notable stages so you can see the handmade process firsthand. For hospitality or multi-rug projects, updates are more frequent. You’re welcome to ask for specific milestone photos.

In-person studio visits let you meet artisans and see the handmade process firsthand. We accommodate visits with advance notice. If travel isn’t feasible, we offer detailed video tours showing production stages, looms, and your specific rug in progress.

Quality isn’t a final step; it’s continuous. We inspect dyed materials, verify weaving accuracy mid-production, and conduct thorough final inspections. If issues arise, they’re remedied immediately. This thoroughness ensures your rug meets our standards and your expectations.

Installation coordination is especially important for hospitality. We work with your installation partner or recommend experienced teams. We manage delivery timing to align with site readiness. For wall-to-wall carpet, we coordinate installation specialists. This removes logistical burden from you.

Installation requires local presence and licensing; we partner with qualified installers instead. For larger projects, we maintain relationships with reliable teams globally. We brief installers on your rug’s specifications and care requirements to ensure proper handling.

Proper packaging is essential. We use acid-free materials, ensure secure wrapping, and use sturdy boxes. Large rugs are placed in specialised shipping containers. All shipments include insurance and tracking. We manage logistics end-to-end so you receive the rug in perfect condition.

Shipping timelines depend on destination, rug size, and logistics partner. Domestic shipping is faster; international shipping involves customs clearance and longer transit. We provide exact timelines once production nears completion. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost.

Delivery is coordinated with you. We provide advance notice, tracking updates, and flexibility on delivery timing. Upon arrival, please inspect the rug immediately and report any damage or issues within 5 days. We’re here to address concerns. Take photos if issues arise.
